We don't work to CV submission or interview targets... full stop. Instead we look after the interests of our candidates and take immense pride in this. When this leads to high activity, this is very positive. Our service provision is the focus of our company though, not the high activity.

You will benefit from a genuinely consultative service - at Saltire, the title "Recruitment Consultancy" is a true description of the service. We are good at listening and very good at advising. Ultimately we work in a tailored manner that you are comfortable with. You can set the boundaries, we merely observe and remain within these.

Saltire helps people in the short term but the ethos of the business is particularly long term. A "quick hit" of a placement rarely helps anyone involved. Our second commandment, after serving our candidates and clients to the highest level, is the development of our own reputation. This can only be achieved through our consistent focus on doing the right thing.
